Commission Terms

Before commissioning me, please read through these terms first.
By commissioning me, you agree to be bound by these terms.

As I primarily create NSFW art, all commissioners must be 18 years of age or older.The copyright of individual characters within the work remains with their owners, however copyright of every stage of the work itself remains with me unless otherwise stated. My signature/watermark, if present, may not be cropped out of or removed from the image.I reserve the right to use any stage of the work in any way I wish, e.g. advertising, providing as example or portfolio work, or posting to my social media accounts.The finished work may only be used for personal use. Commercial use of any of my art is prohibited without express permission.No stage or part of the work may be used to train any AI algorithm or be converted into a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) or similar.I reserve the right to refuse work that is contrary to my moral beliefs, illegal in the country of Canada, or impossible to complete to the required degree of quality.You are responsible for maintaining access to your copy of the finished work. I try my best to keep all my art archived, but I cannot guarantee I will always have a copy.

Payment

Please note, once accepted all payments are final and non-refundable, other than for exceptional circumstances.Once a commission is agreed on, I will work on a rough sketch as soon as possible. The sketch will be sent for approval, and any requested changes can be worked out.Payment in USD is due after the sketch is accepted, and will be done via PayPal invoice.The final work will be delivered when payment clears.Payment is non-refundable unless for some reason delivery of a final product is deemed to be impossible after-the-fact.

Things I Won't Draw

There are a few things I won't (or can't) draw, either for personal or legal reasons. This isn't an all-encompassing list, but the most important things will be here. If you have any questions about whether I can draw your commission request, please ask!

Pricing Information

Please note, as I primarily work on NSFW art, all commissioners must be 18 years of age or older, regardless of requested content.I generally have three main tiers of art: Flat Colours with no shading; Flat Shading with a more cel shaded style; and Full Render with higher quality lighting and shading.This is then divided into three sections of the body:
Headshot/Bust showing the head to about the mid torso;
Half Body From the head to around the thigh to knee area, depending on the pose, and;
Full Body which is everything, though some cropping may occur depending on the requirements of the pose or composition.Alts: I also offer alternative versions of commissions, such as clothes on/off, dialogue shown/hidden, etc. Small variations such as cum edits or textless versions are FREE :), but more substantial changes such as clothing-related alts are an additional 50% charge of your selected tier of work.Backgrounds: As a general rule, I am much more character focused and usually only do solid colour or gradient backgrounds, but I can add some more spice to your piece with a simple background! Base price is an additional 50% charge of your selected tier of work, though more complex backgrounds may cost more.Extra Characters: Does your OC require a companion for... reasons? I do that too, as many characters as needed! Each additional character is a 100% charge of your selected tier (so a flat shaded full-body of two characters would be $60 + $60 = $120).
